Customer Service Coordinator Job
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Kewdale team.

* Coordinate service enquiries, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met throughout their experience.
* Manage and oversee daily activities of the Customer Service Advisor team.
* Act as a single point of contact between customers and the Workshop Controller.
* Maintain systems and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver exceptional customer communication, both internally and externally.
* Manage documentation, create and invoice work orders, and allocate work to the workshop for planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills are essential in this role. Strong time management, organisational and administrative abilities are also required.
