In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking unforgettable holidays for our valued clients.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage travel logistics for organized groups, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and other ground arrangements.Research, quote, and confirm airfares, using GDS systems or airline portals.Make and manage group tour bookings, rooming lists, and allocations.Collaborate with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators.Maintain detailed records for each group, including manifests, itinerary schedules, payment tracking, and documentation requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear instructions, travel documents, and updates.Manage changes, cancellations, name amendments, and emergency issues related to bookings.Coordinate with internal team members (sales, operations, on-site staff) to ensure alignment and service continuity.Support post-trip evaluations and reporting to identify areas for operational improvement.Stay current on airline policies, visa and entry requirements, and group travel protocols.Assistance to sales staff in taking new calls and driving current businessStay informed about travel trends, new tour offerings and industry regulationsQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in travel, hospitality, or tourism preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservations, flight booking, or tour operations (group travel experience preferred).
