Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Support Coordinator based in Bendigo, VIC. The Support Coordinator will assist clients in navigating support services, developing individual support plans, and connecting them with relevant community services and providers. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, regular communication with clients and stakeholders, and providing ongoing support to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and service providers
* Experience in Case Management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring client care
* Proficiency in Customer Service and supporting clients with empathy and efficiency
* Technical Support proficiency and the ability to use relevant software and digital tools
* Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Sensitivity towards diverse populations and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
* Previous experience or understanding of disability support and related services is an advantage
* Qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field are highly regarded
