The Role
* Support the delivery of and commitment to quality, patient outcome‑focused care working closely with the team to develop and deliver efficient and effective care and service delivery.
* Provide clinical care to patients by delivering meaningful preventative care and health promotion to help patients manage their health within the community.
* Provide clinical support to the general practitioners, primary health care nurses, nurse practitioners, allied health practitioners, and students where applicable.
* Create a strong sense of working as a team, promoting multi‑disciplinary teamwork and clinical excellence by motivating and developing each clinician individually and as part of a team.
* Provide input with regard to development of clinical protocols/procedures, using evidence‑based practices and ensuring they meet the standards required for accreditation.
* Have an interest in educating the next generation of clinicians and provide clinical training opportunities for students.
* Promote and maintain collegiate relationships with the local medical and education facilities.
The Practice
The clinic supports both the local community and future health professionals, offering quality care including preventative health and health promotion, while giving students hands‑on experience in regional healthcare. The practice is looking for part‑time (0.25 FTE) offered as permanent part‑time or casual, depending on availability.

* Base salary $85,000 (full time equivalent $340,000)
