**Your new role**
We are seeking to engage two (2) suitably qualified and experienced Test Analysts to provide testing services to the Quality Assurance Team.
The principal accountabilities and responsibilities of the Test Analysts include:
- Design, review and execute manual and automated tests across multiple projects, often concurrently
- Assist in test planning and reporting activities
- Conduct detailed analysis of system and business requirements, using these products to create test cases that will satisfy relevant objectives.
- Conduct design and reviews of test cases, test plans, test completion reports and other relevant documentation.
- Identify and support capability development and process improvement opportunities for the Quality Assurance function specially in **Test Automation.**:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of defects including reporting using tools such as JIRA
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, test planning and reporting, design and execution of both manual and automated tests. Experience with Enterprise Tester (Catch Software) and **Tosca Test Suite (Tricentis)** would be an advantage.
- An understanding of different system development and project delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to support a team of test analysts and the ability to develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships
