Job Title
A supportive team leader is needed to manage a Supported Independent Living house in Alice Springs. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who understands quality support and takes pride in building a capable, consistent team that supports participants to live independently with dignity.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Disability Support Worker, strong organisation and communication skills, understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred active support.
