We work across business functions and industries, and are trusted by our clients to lead them through complex transformation programs.Current OpportunityWe are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers who can lead Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.You'll work alongside HCM consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud-based HCM platforms.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projectsOwn the project plan, budget, timeline, scope, risk, and resource managementEngage and communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third partiesApply best practice project management methodologies (could also be Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)Facilitate project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholdersTrack project milestones and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecksCoordinate across technical and functional teams to deliver integrated outcomesChampion change and adoption activities to ensure successful business transitionSupport Dayforce consultants with scheduling, dependencies, and milestone planningContribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing knowledge internallyAbout youYou are a self-driven and highly organised professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects.Combined with:Proven experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutionsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projectsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExcellent organisational and time management capabilitiesFamiliarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologiesExperience working with external vendors and client-side project teamsProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent) desirableExperience with Dayforce Implementation Methodology is desirable, but not mandatoryStrong understanding of change management and user adoption principlesExperience in the professional services or consulting sector is highly regardedWhy BDO?Working for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm.Our national and global footprint provides our people with opportunities to work on interesting client engagements, across diverse industry sectors and services.Our open and collaborative culture ensures access to Partners and professional mentors, to guide and accelerate your professional career, across a wide array of career pathways.We provide our people with various health and wellbeing, social, financial, and professional development benefits to help realise what's possible.Participate in fitness challenges or take advantage of exclusive discounts to corporate health insurance, gym memberships and wellness facilities via our BWell program.
