Job Description:
Clerk Grade 9-10 position involves coordinating geographically dispersed projects and supporting planning approvals, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract supervision, and delivery of on-ground capital works.
* Preparing scopes of work and programs for renewal or repair of visitor or operational infrastructure buildings and structures requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* The project coordinator will manage project design stages from concept development to final documentation ensuring compliance with relevant standards and heritage guidelines.
* Project coordinators must also prepare tender documents and oversee construction works ensuring environmental and WHS requirements are met.
