An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the leadership of their Chadstone boutique, driving performance while delivering world-class luxury service.
The Role
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with the Boutique Manager to lead the team, elevate client experiences, and uphold the brand's heritage and values. You will be hands-on in daily operations while acting as a mentor and role model on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of the boutique
* Deliver and champion luxury clientelling, building long-term, meaningful relationships with VICs, HNWIs, and loyal brand clients
* Lead by example on the sales floor, providing elevated, personalised service experiences
* Drive sales targets, KPIs, and boutique profitability
* Coach, develop, and inspire the team to consistently perform at a luxury standard
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
* Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation reflect brand excellence
* Support stock management, inventory control, and operational compliance
About You
* Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in a senior sales, supervisor, or assistant management role
* Strong background in luxury clientelling, CRM, and relationship-based selling
* A passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands, and storytelling
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
* Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
