About the role
The International Business Officer contributes to International Education Services (IES) goals and objectives, and supports the International Business Manager, by facilitating the delivery of a range of efficient and effective enrolment and administrative services functions for the International Business team and International Education Services directorate. This includes supporting the International Business Manager with the provision of appropriate and effective advice, support and communication services for internal and external stakeholders and management of relevant databases.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A tertiary qualification in International Business or similar. Experience working in a cross-cultural setting and the ability to speak a language other than English (particularly one that reflects countries where International Education Services has existing engagement) would be an advantage.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
