If you are an On-site Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a fulltime role with our Global customer, we want to hear from you to support our clients ambitious growth plans through 2025-2026.Reporting into the Business Manager from PERSOLKELLY this role will see you working very closely with other key members of the HR & Leadership team within our clients head office. Maintaining key relationships with all hiring managers across the business and recruiting all vacant permanent positions in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. You will be a crucial part of the onboarding processes within Australia while also offering adhoc support to our client's HR team as required. Duties in this role however are not limited to are;
Client services / Regular contact with all hiring managers across AU
Administration, Reporting and Compliance management in various systems
Candidate selection, recruiting & inducting
Innovative & strategic approach to engaging candidates
Uploading all resumes to internal portal
Post placement Candidate management / retention
Achieving & exceeding contractual KPI requirements
Financial Reporting Quarterly
Ensure compliance with relevant awards, employment regulations, and privacy laws.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, adhering to agency and client standards.
Maintain accurate reporting of all released jobs *Excel
Qualifications and desirable skills for the position include some of the following;
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivelant.
Proven experience in HR, Talent Management or Onsite recruitment desireable.
Solid understanding of EA's, employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders across multiple levels
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Initiative, responsibility, honesty, trustworthy
Intermediate-Advanced computer skills - Excel & SAP Successfactors ideal
Willingness to go above & beyond to achieve great results & outcomes
Working with the client's best interest at heart
Professional and positive attitude at all times
