What You'll Do (aka your Superpowers)
* Architect Like a Boss: Shape end-to-end solutions with business in mind and tech at heart—scalable, secure, stunning.
* Lead with Logic (and a Dash of Swagger): Guide tech teams, mentor leads, and drive delivery like a pro. Help our solutions soar—and bring others along for the ride.
* Pre-Sales Jedi: Support pitches, dazzle clients with brilliant demos, and make RFPs a breeze (yes, really).
* Hands-On Hacker: You still love to code? Perfect. PoCs, tricky features, or just validating a hunch—you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive in.
* Client Whisperer: Work closely with clients, translate business challenges into tech brilliance, and keep the vibe collaborative.
What You Bring (and Love)
* 10+ years of experience in software dev/architecture
* Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus!)
* Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks – check, check, check
* Comfortable with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake—data isn’t just a buzzword to you
* Real-world experience solving real-world business challenges, from retail to fintech to healthcare
* Mentorship, code reviews, capacity building—you help teams thrive
* Fluent in English, both technical and conversational (dad jokes optional but appreciated)
Bonus Points:
* Advanced degrees or certs in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
* Experience in Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare industries
* You’ve ever said "let’s refactor that" and meant it
