Administration Officer | Men Choosing Change & Community Support | Ipswich

* Employment Term: Maximum Term to December 2026, Part-Time (45.6 hours per fortnight)
* Location: Ipswich (Hybrid)
* Remuneration: $38.65 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide a range of high level and quality administrative and financial functions to support the management and operational team for the Men Choosing Change and Community Support Program within the Family Protection portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diary management and travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Undertake a range of financial and administrative functions
* Prepare reports, business papers, minutes, correspondence, presentations and maintaining databases and other information systems
* Support Management in the development and establishment of new services and maintaining the process for recording statistical data and feedback to inform internal reports and research.
* Develop, review and implement new processes and procedures to support the service/function run more effectively.
* Assist with the organisation of events, functions, workshops and meetings

What makes a difference for us?

* Minimum 2 years providing administrative support and assistance to management
* Extensive Microsoft Suite skills and knowledge (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to manage financial functions
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with the Line Management, Admin Team, Senior Management, staff and volunteers.
* Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
* Experience in organising events, workshops and/or meetings.
* Current Qld Driver's License
* Working with Children Check - Blue Card
