**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Parramatta with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This an estimated 6month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
As the Project Coordinator, you will be required to provide critical coordination and business planning to support the Director & 5 Managers across 2 exciting streams of work; Climate Adaptation and the Net Zero Land Sector.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Deliver high level professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate information
- End to end project coordination
- Track, monitor and report on project plans, status updates, milestones, budgets and deliverables
- Manage shared ministerial and correspondence inbox, coordinating workflow of approvals
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparation of high-level documentation including meeting minutes, action items, agenda's, correspondence, presentation material and reports
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders and invoices
- Support the Branch Management team to deliver various work and projects
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, mitigating risk
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Project Coordination or Business Support experience
- Project Governance experience desirable
- Public Sector or Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Impacts project experience advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
