School Administrator



Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to provide high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student and parent reception, responding to phone and email enquiries, data entry, record management, mail distribution, money handling.




* Manage the daily administration of the school office
* Coordinate banking receipting and follow up outstanding payments for camps retreats excursions




What You Will Do:


p>In this role you will: 
Prepare enrolment documentation correspondence registers spreadsheets supporting school events functions
Administer first aid when needed monitoring stationery supplies providing support Student Reception when required.
h3 Required Skills And Qualifications /H3>n

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded but not essential as comprehensive training can be provided./p>
