Job Description - Cost Administrator (266820)# | | || --- | --- || Cost Administrator-266820 **HumeLink West Project** Two CIMIC Group companies, UGL and CPB Contractors have been selected by Transgrid to deliver the ~140km western section of the HumeLink high voltage electricity transmission project. HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission project which will connect Wagga Wagga, Maragle and Bannaby in regional NSW that will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network in Australia's eastern states. HumeLink is one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure projects, with about 365kms of proposed new transmission lines and a range of other new and upgraded infrastructure. The HumeLink West scope of works, worth $1.4bn, includes delivery of new 500kV double circuit transmission lines spanning ~140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new Substation at Gugaa, the Interface Point with HumeLink East near Gundagai and a new substation at Maragle in the Snowy Mountains for future connection to Snowy 2.0. **The Opportunity** We are seeking an experienced Cost Administrator to join the Humelink West team. This role is based in our project office in Sydney, but we would also welcome any local candidates from Wagga to apply. **Key Accountabilities** · Promoting the use of cost management systems; supporting Rover administration by internal users (Engineers, Supervisors) and external users (Subcontractors). · Supporting the team in developing progress reports (internal and external) & EV reporting. · Support and assist in reconciliation of subcontractor claims and material orders. · Maintaining an effective filing/archiving system (online and hardcopy) to ensure records and documents are suitably protected from damage and are readily available. **About You** • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
