Due to strong growth and exciting momentum within our business, we are seeking three high calibre Professional Indemnity Claims Officers to join our expanding team.
What You'll Do
* Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity and financial lines claims, working end-to-end to deliver timely, commercially sound and customer-focused outcomes.
* Manage a portfolio of professional and financial risk claims from validation to finalisation in a timely and cost-efficient manner in accordance with the Service Standard requirements.
* Determine appropriate policy coverage, including indemnity, legal liability and quantum issues.
* Appoint, instruct and liaise with service providers including solicitors, brokers, investigators, loss adjusters, etc.
* Maintain realistic and adequate reserves/estimates on all claims to reflect ongoing claims cost and closely monitor significant estimate fluctuations.
What You'll Bring
* Experience managing a portfolio of long tail claims which may include casualty or professional indemnity or liability claims (highly regarded).
* Insurance claims experience.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information, identify key issues and determine practical solutions.
* A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within set timeframes.
