Your Exciting New Opportunity:
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative support for people and culture related activities including:
* Facilitating effective HR related processes enabling employee lifecycle management within the Workday HRIS
* Preparation and distribution of employment documentation (forms, contracts and letters).
* Coordination of administrative HR processes (eg. Employee data maintenance, service awards, and reporting).
* Triaging and responding to employee enquiries
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience
* Support ad-hoc HR enquiries and projects.
You Are:
* Experienced in an administrative role, with exposure to HR employee lifecycle processes
* Values-based and customer-focused by nature
* Able to communicate professionally, but have a sense of humour
* Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* A strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
* A fast and agile learner, able to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously at times
* Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft office products
* Flexible and keen to lend a hand across the broader HR team
