The Andersen Partnership have been instructed to find an experienced Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PAE) to join a thriving and well-regarded practice. This role is suited to candidates with strong experience in commercial transactions and corporate advisory matters who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on business sales and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction management
* Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
* Assist with shareholder agreements, buyouts and shareholder disputes
* Provide corporate advisory services including governance, restructuring and compliance advice
* Manage client relationships and deliver strategic, commercially focused legal solutions
Qualifications
* 3–7 years' PAE in commercial law
* Strong experience in buy/sell transactions and corporate advisory matters
* Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail with a commitment to technical excellence
* A proactive, organised and adaptable approach
