Supporting Older Adults in Residential Care
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to maintain their independence and engage with their communities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver mobility and functional programs to enhance residents' physical well-being.
* Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to develop restorative therapy plans.
* Facilitate active ageing group sessions to promote healthy ageing practices.
* Contribute to falls prevention initiatives and support pain management plans.
* Work closely with care staff to deliver resident-centred support and achieve reablement-focused outcomes.

We are seeking Qualified Allied Health Assistants with Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience. Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are also encouraged to apply.
