Join the Olympic Dam team as an EXPERIENCED Fitter and be responsible for maintenance and repairs of the raise drill and IT fleet.
About the Role
Perform scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs.
Maintain and repair drill rigs and support equipment.
Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
About you
Heavy Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (Australian-recognised).
Experience with raise bore drill rigs (e.g. Robbins, Dresser, Atlas Copco/Epiroc).
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in hydraulics, electrics, and mechanics.
Experience in underground or surface mining environments.
Working at Heights and First Aid.
Hydraulics 1,2,3 A,B,C.
C Class Driver's Licence.
High-risk forklift ticket.
