Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for our Home Care service in Victoria. This is a casual role with flexible hours.
* Review client assessments and ensure documentation meets standards.
* Develop individual care plans with clients, families, and care staff.
* Provide clinical oversight for personal care, medication prompts, wound care, and incident follow-up.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and assessors.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in community or home care.
* Skilled in care planning and risk management.
* Strong communication and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of client assessments to ensure all documentation meets established standards.
* Care Planning: Collaborate with clients, families, and care staff to develop tailored care plans that address individual needs.
* Clinical Oversight: Provide ongoing clinical oversight for personal care, medication administration, wound care, and incident response.
