**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**
Our client is one of Australia's fasted growing privately owned fibre to premises operators. They provide ultra-fast broadband services in high density residential and commercial areas.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting through to the Commercial Director, you will develop, manage and deliver quality relationship management across residential buildings and support the growth of the business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build strong relationships and rapport with building managers, owners corporations and committees within the company's existing network;
- Manage sales cadence within your portfolio;
- Negotiate and deliver agreement with target buildings and customers;
- Maintain up to date building profiles for existing and future target locations;
- Work closely with the Commercial Dire tor, Head of Marketing, Sales Managers, COO & CEO in supporting the growth of the company;
- Attend regular team meetings to contribute key marketing and business updates.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Demonstrated skills in building relationships and being able to identify key stakeholders;
- Have experience in delivering sales messaging to stakeholders and target opportunities;
- Be adaptable and be able to think "on-your-feet" to advance opportunities;
- Be a team player who is willing to work collaboratively;
- Possess a high attention to detail;
- Desire to continuously improve and grow professionally.
