About The Role
The Northeast Auto Group is looking to welcome a Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial to the experience of our customers entering our dealership.
Responsibilities
* Operate a busy phone switchboard and walk‐in inquiries.
* Provide hospitality for customers and visitors in the dealership.
* Ensure the presentation of the main reception and meeting rooms are always impeccable.
* Carry out a range of general administrative duties.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Work closely with other team members including Sales and Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You
You will bring a passion for helping customers and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, and motivated to increase customer sales.
* Prior reception or customer service experience (essential)
* A friendly, client‐focused attitude (essential)
* Drivers licence (essential)
* Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Passionate about the automotive industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong problem‐solving skills
* Customer‐focused mindset
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
