SLR is an international environmental consultancy with a globally recognised reputation for providing quality, tailored consultancy advice and support on a wide range of environmental sustainability challenges.**Due to an internal promotion, our Perth office has a great opportunity for a positive and hard-working individual to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.**Using your previous experience, you will assist the growing Perth team to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration/ project support. You will be working with a dynamic, diverse, and supportive team in a busy and productive environment.**Responsibilities**Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):* Proactively managing the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, picking up supplies, office orders* Assisting in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and SLR sponsored industry events* Coordinating vehicle and equipment maintenance/management* Financial management including POs, service invoice payments/management, master card payments and reconciliation, expense claims, client invoicing and project assistance* Assisting with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers) and reporting within the QSR system* Assisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders including; compiling, reviewing, formatting and submission of documents* Assistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding* Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assisting with staff expense claims* General support to the Office Manager, other managers and technical support staff as required**Experience**You will need to have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in these areas.
