About the Role
This position leads the provision of accurate and timely advice and consultancy services to Council's leaders and staff. The role works across People & Culture, seeking input, sharing ideas, and providing strategic input into People Strategy delivery.
* Lead a team of HR generalists delivering end-to-end HR advisory and support services
* Provide strategic input into People & Culture priorities and workforce planning
* Advise on people management, performance and change
* Oversee employee relations, industrial relations, and change management
Skill Requirements
A tertiary qualification in human resources or industrial relations is required, with demonstrated experience in managing a business partnering team and enterprise bargaining processes in a complex environment.
