Permanent Full Time Hybrid / Flexible Working Arrangement RFID, Identity, and Authentication Technologies We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and market development for secure desktop and embedded identification reader technologies across Australia and New Zealand.
You will build a strong market presence, develop channel partners, and drive adoption in key sectors such as healthcare, enterprise, banking, secure printing, surveillance, and EV charging.
This role requires experience in technology sales, strong knowledge of the ANZ market, and a proven ability to grow revenue through both direct customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new customers, channel partners, and strategic opportunities.
Build, manage, and optimise a network of distributors, resellers, and integrators.
Lead partner onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximise market coverage.
Travel across ANZ to develop relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for desktop and embedded identification technologies.
Drive adoption across key verticals: healthcare, enterprise, banking, secure printing, surveillance, and EV charging.
Build structured account plans to grow revenue from new and existing customers.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and technical teams.
Engage with end users and partners to demonstrate product solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide market insights and performance reporting to inform strategy and product development.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in technology, electronics, or security sectors.
Strong understanding of identification, authentication, and reader technologies.
Proven sales success in Australia and New Zealand with knowledge of local market dynamics.
Experience with physical or logical access control, IAM, or mobile authentication solutions.
Track record of developing and managing channel partners and integrators.
Experience selling into healthcare, enterprise, banking, secure printing, surveillance, or EV charging verticals.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent planning, prioritisation, and organisational abilities for managing multiple projects.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel across Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally internationally.
Salary Package: $140K-$160K Base + Super + Comms.
