The Youth Alcohol and Drugs Residential Rehabilitation Team Leader plays a pivotal role in providing leadership and operational oversight to a team of youth workers. The primary goal is to deliver high-quality, client-centered services to young people participating in the Townsville Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Residential Rehabilitation Program.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all service delivery aligns with TSA policies, procedures, Youth Model of Care, and accreditation requirements.
* Demonstrate high-level sector knowledge and skills gained through relevant experience, service, and professional development.
