Ellett Contracting are recruiting for an experienced Lead Project Coordinator to provide a high level of operational and administrative support to our construction projects. This contract is an approximate split 30/70 Fremantle and site‐based on our remote, Western Australian construction projects. Site attendance will be required for key milestones, leave and off‐swing cover for our Project Coordinators.

Job Role:
* Provide high‐level support to project operations, ensuring an efficient and well‐organised environment.
* Manage time effectively, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining professionalism.
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects are executed safely and HSEQ policies are implemented.
* Drive and lead the delivery of construction projects on time and within budget to industry standards.
* Liaise with key project personnel, internal and external, to allocate labour, materials and equipment.
* Manage sub‐contractors and suppliers from engagement to delivery.
* Prepare, track, analyse and report monthly performance, including financial, programme and QSET data.
* Manage risks affecting project costs, schedule and client relations.
* Standard work hours of 6:30 am to 4:30 pm are expected, but are negotiable for the right candidate after commencement.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience required:
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a project‐administration role, preferably in a Head Contractor project environment.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* A proactive, can‐do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
* Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
* Well‐developed organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
* Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others in the business.
* Strong perception and implementation of HSEQ.
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management.
* Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.
