Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation (AHAC) is a multi-disciplinary organisation which provides primary health care services to the Aboriginal people of Tennant Creek and the surrounding Barkly region, dedicated to 'Closing the Gap' in Aboriginal health within remote Australia.
Anyinginyi consists of 6 sections (Corporate Governance, People and Capability, Health Services, Business Services, Public Health and Piliyintinji-Ki Stronger Families Section) which allow them to have a holistic approach to health ensuring that clients' physical, emotional, mental and general health and well-being is given the utmost priority.

About The Opportunity
The Infrastructure Masterplan Project Manager is a substantive position within the Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation and will assist in the oversight of current capital works projects and the Infrastructure Masterplan Implementation (IMP).
DUTIES
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead
Responsible for effectively Managing and implementing the Projects identified under the infrastructure management plan.
Manages the administration of tenders, contracts and related documentation, including the establishment and maintenance of records and data within the relevant information management systems.
Provide significant support to the Executive Manager of Business Services around Infrastructure projects that are current for the Organisation.
Provide Comprehensive progress reports, including Milestones to the Executive Manager, Infrastructure Management Committee and Board of Directors on the progress of Current and ongoing Infrastructure Projects.
Assist in the project management of the current capital works program of the Infrastructure Masterplan and assisting with funding submissions for capital works.
Liaise with other stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Assist in other duties as directed by the Business Services Executive Manager
Attend sector and relevant forums, representing the organisation and progressing Anyinginyi's strategic objectives as required.
Contribute where requested to strategic, business and educative documentation as requested.
Other Duties
Work in a safe manner in line with WHS provisions, including PPE where necessary.
Attend to unplanned, emergency events when notified by management or security.

Other duties as specified from time to time by the Executive Manager Business Services.
About You - Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
Essential Skills And Experience
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal societies and cultures and an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander in contemporary Australian society.
Knowledge and understanding of traditional Aboriginal culture and cultural diversity and the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal/culturally diverse people.
Demonstrated experience in contributing to and formulating the creation or project management capability, organisational strategies and priorities
Knowledge of relevant legislation to ensure that Anyinginyi Health comply with legislative requirements.
Detailed knowledge of project and program management principles, concepts and techniques.
Demonstrated capacity to be organised, timely and effective working with other staff, managers and supervisors.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to coordinate the tasks of internal and external stakeholders with limited supervision.
Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with ability to liaise with people from a variety of backgrounds, self-motivation and time management skills
Demonstrated ability in computer program usage i.e., Microsoft programs with aptitude to learn identified programs for monitoring and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to map, and schedule planned management activities.
Reliability, ability to work with a high level of quality, unsupervised and as part of a team.
Understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) in the workplace.
Be in possession of or have the ability to obtain an Ochre Card (Working with Children)
Current unrestricted NT Driver's License.

Desirable
Diploma or equivalent in Project Management
Have at least 5+ years relevant experience in project management, as described in the work levels.
Appointment Conditions
Employment is conditional on obtaining a National Police Clearance and Ochre Card (NT Working with Children) prior to commencement in this role.
