The Role An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and high-performing Territory Manager to join the Mobile Solutions team.
This role suits a motivated, results-driven sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, building strong customer partnerships, and driving growth across their territory.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and targets Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular travel across metropolitan and regional NSW Conducting ongoing territory analysis, including travel plans, distributor sales plans, and opportunity assessments Merchandising, maintaining, and optimising trade displays at distributor and dealer locations Actively participating in dealer and trade events to promote company products Delivering exceptional customer service by proactively managing enquiries, requests, and concerns in collaboration with internal teams About You; You are a highly motivated professional with a strong sales mindset, technical understanding, and a passion for relationship building.
To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification (e.g. mechanical fitter, electrical, mechanic) Flexibility to travel throughout metropolitan and regional NSW Strong sales and marketing experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to present technical information in an engaging training format The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team Experience managing or leading a sales team (preferred), with opportunities for future career progression Sound mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Excellent organisation, planning, and time management abilities A current unrestricted Australian driver's license with a good driving record Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and iPhone/iPad technology Knowledge of air and liquid (highly desirable) Why Join Our Client?
