Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operational activities within the Air Freight Export team.
* Drive cost minimisation and gross profit maximisation on every shipment.
* Support the achievement of operational KPIs and country targets.
* Proactively monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
* Manage customer relationships and ensure resolution of operational issues.
* Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, global policies, and relevant regulations.
* Maintain high levels of supplier performance and resolve workflow issues.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team.
* Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
