With a substantial fleet of civil and mining equipment and an expanding projects team, they are delivering bulk earthworks and regional civil farm projects with increasing scale and capability. The Position
This role offers genuine flexibility. Candidates can be based in Central Queensland on a DIDO arrangement, or FIFO from major Queensland hubs including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Roster structures are flexible and open for discussion.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects concurrently, driving programme delivery, plant productivity, cost control and client engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong site presence and operational understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead bulk earthworks and civil farm project delivery
* Manage supervisors, engineers and site teams
* Drive programme performance and productivity
* Maintain client relationships and stakeholder alignment
* Oversee budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes
* Support tender reviews and future project strategy
Key Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated civil project management experience in mining or infrastructure
* Commercial and contractual awareness
* Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams
* Civil Engineering background highly regarded
* Experienced Site Engineers ready to step into PM will be considered
