Customer service Live chat role in the finance sector
Your Role:
- Responsible for handling customer requests for refinance quotes, contract term extensions, and addressing customer complaints at the first point of contact.
- Follow up with existing customers through effective use of communication channels.
- Maintain Allianz accreditation to enable the ability to quote and sell insurance products.
What you'll need
- Strong customer service experience.
- Relative base credit operations and process flow knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive and professional demeanour.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in live chat customer support.
