Our client requires some immediate support for 2 months. You will be supporting a busy office, creating a warm and welcoming front desk experience for staff and visitors. Whilst some training on processes will be provided, you will need solid experience and strong software and systems skills in order to pick things up quickly. You will also be a self-starter, a natural problem solver and have a flexible approach to work as priorities may change at a moment's notice. Responsibilities may include: - Welcome visitors to the office - Manage meeting rooms - Answer and direct calls - Maintain office supplies - Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and breakout spaces - Support facilities and building management Ideally you will be available immediately and available for at least 3 months.
