* Empower young people and individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations
* Provide personal care and domestic aid as required
* Facilitate access to social and community activities, education, and behavior support
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting young people and individuals with disabilities
* A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
* Australian Working Rights (excluding Student Visas)
* Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster (including night shifts)
* Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks
* Two professional references
* Willingness to travel up to one hour from home
* A Full Australian Driver's License
* Availability for a five-day induction
