The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is to provide comprehensive clerical support to our organization. This includes a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing administrative assistance to executive-level staff.
Daily responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting with report preparation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
