Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Practitioner to join our team. As a legal practitioner, you will provide expert advice and representation to clients in Family Law matters and Child Safety cases.
Your primary responsibilities will include representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and participating in mediation and conferences. You must be an admitted Barrister or Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the relevant Federal Courts.

* Represent clients of TAS Legal Aid including providing legal advice on Family Law matters
* Act as solicitor and counsel in Family Law Courts (Family and Federal Circuit Court)
