Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Director or Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our specialist team of dams mechanical engineers.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership in the design of gates, regulating structures, outlet works, valves, fish screens, and other mechanical aspects of water storage dam infrastructure.
* Develop sustainable capability through mentoring and collaboration with the rest of the team.
* Lead delivery of quality technical solutions and successful project outcomes.
* Participate in client relationship management, business development, and proposal development.
Requirements
* Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the mechanical engineering aspects of water storage dams.
* Experience across all project phases including project identification, feasibility studies, conceptual design, reference design, and detailed design.
* A minimum of 15 years' experience in a consulting environment.
* Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplined teams.
* Strong client relationships and established project team management skills.
