Design & Build are seeking experienced Contract Structural Foreman to join a major new-build retirement village high-rise project on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role on a large-scale, multi-storey development.
The Role
Supervising all structural works (concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning)
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on-site
Driving program and ensuring milestones are met
Maintaining strict WHS compliance
Conducting daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
Managing inspections and quality control processes
Liaising with engineers, consultants, and site management
About You
Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on high-rise projects
Strong background in reinforced concrete structures
Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Available for an immediate or short-notice start (preferred)
