As we continue to scale nationally and internationally, we're seeking a strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to fuel growth, build brand recognition, and lead multi-channel campaigns across all platforms.
Your Role
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding digital market share, growing our customer base, and building a consistent, impactful brand presence across Australia and SEA (Southeast Asia). You'll work alongside product, operations, and media teams to build compelling narratives and measurable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead sales and marketing strategies across Zinga, Alby Marketplace, and Goldroom. Manage B2B and B2C outreach to grow user acquisition, subscriptions, and vendor listings. Build and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer, content). Generate leads, manage funnels, and close B2B opportunities for fintech, marketplace, and ad/media services. Lead brand strategy and messaging across all channels (web, socials, marketplace, media). Manage partnerships, cross-promotions, and media collaborations to drive visibility and adoption. Work closely with design, content, and tech teams to ensure marketing assets reflect brand goals. Analyze and report on campaign performance, user behaviour, and ROI. Support events, product launches, and sales activations online and in-market. Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or growth roles (tech, media, or ecommerce preferred). Proven track record of lead generation, sales funnel conversion, and campaign execution. Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, social platforms, and performance analytics. Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer outreach, and content creation. Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Passion for innovation, technology, and the intersection of hospitality, finance, and entertainment.
