About This Role
The Contract Administrator provides specialist and administrative support within the Technical Heritage, Upgrades and Defect (THUD) team. This role involves research, analysis, and data management, leveraging knowledge of the residential construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist and administrative support for contract and project coordination services.
* Conduct research, analysis, and data management to support THUD team project activities.
* Communicate clearly to provide advice on operational and administrative matters.
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
