Join our Clients' unique organisation working in the Agriculture Industry, bringing together leading seed varieties, seed care and crop protection products as a Warehouse Operator, where you'll ensure amazing service from the coordination of goods inwards, ensuring revenues are processed, and quality standards are maintained and the preparation and tracking of goods out. Order placement to delivery while supporting onsite operations.
What You'll Do
Warehouse - ensuring goods inwards and outwards. Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers.
Customer Orders - Accurately pick, pack and process orders in line with procedures of the business. (wearing of a respiratory mask while performing this task)
Quality - Perform weekly QMS tasks and keep detailed records as required.
Inventory - Participate in cycle counting and stock taking as required, inputting data accurately.
Warehousing - Work with the team to ensure procedures and processes.
Willing to be cross-trained in other roles, ie Customer Service, for leave coverage.
Participate in all training activities, including attending an Annual Conference.
Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards while contributing to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Self-starter and enjoy being very organised
Happy to work in and with a small team
A customer-focused individual with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Experience in sales operations, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools, ie SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.
Forklift (high reach) licence and experience desired, or happy to gain qualification.
Cert in Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
Reliable transport and a driver's licence.
