The Product Specialist will sell innovative Orthopaedic Capital and Consumables to call points including Orthopaedic & General Surgeons, and both Private & Public Hospitals.Visit to explore our exciting product range. This position is ideal for a sales professional seeking high visibility within a growth organization and has experience in Surgical Devices with a passion for a broad range of Surgical Specialties. What You'll Do:Sell our Orthopaedic portfolio, including capital equipment and consumablesDevelop sales strategies for key accounts with support from the Business Unit Director and Marketing teamBuild strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Implement sales strategiesPrepare customer proposals for sales, contracts, pricing, and consignmentsRespond promptly and professionally to customer requestsGenerate new sales opportunities and maintain existing businessSupport surgical cases and set up trialsCommunicate with senior executives and decision-makersAchieve quarterly and annual sales targetsWhat You'll Bring:High energy, motivation, perseverance, initiative, commitment, and professionalismExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAt least 2 years of consistent quota achievement in Medical Device Sales, preferably with experience in the Operating Theatre environmentTenacity and focus on achieving goals CONMED is committed to working with our customers to improve healthcare.
