We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on Client Care/Admin professional at our hearing clinic in Toowoomba, located in the Medici Medical Centre.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 32 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What will you be doing?
As a Client Care Representative, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients and support the daily operations of the clinic. You will be part of a friendly and professional team dedicated to enhancing our clients' lives. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing appointment schedules for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling
* Greeting clients and updating records
* Assisting with client and doctor inquiries
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
* Accurate billing of appointments
* Performing general office duties
What do you need to succeed?
* A passion for delivering excellent client experiences
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with patience
* Experience working in a team environment
* Sound judgment and advanced administrative skills
* Proficiency in computer skills
* A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally to cover leave at our other Toowoomba clinic (St Andrew's Hospital)
