Key Operations Role
This is a challenging role for an experienced logistics professional to coordinate import cargo movements and handle customer requests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs procedures, as well as experience with CargoWise software.
* Responsibilities include creating and managing import documentation, liaising with overseas offices and agents, and acting as a point of contact for customers.
* Additional tasks include monitoring shipment progress, updating stakeholders, and coordinating shipment clearance with customs brokering teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years' industry experience
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft programs
* A positive attitude, strong customer focus, autonomy, and teamwork
Knowledge of customs and quarantine procedures is highly desirable.
