Fully Remote | ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst | $900/day

6-months contract
A fully remote opportunity for a six-month contract with a strong view to extension, supporting ServiceNow implementation programmes across multiple Federal Government departments.
The role
This is a primarily functional, business-facing BA role. The focus is on stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into high-quality delivery artefacts. You will work closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered correctly, but platform configuration is not expected as part of this remit.
What you will be doing
* Leading requirements gathering and business analysis across ServiceNow implementation programmes
* Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with government stakeholders to design future-state workflows
* Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
* Supporting Agile delivery teams through backlog prioritisation, sprint ceremonies, and delivery alignment
* Coordinating UAT planning, defect tracking, and sign-off
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement using native ServiceNow capabilities
* Providing post-deployment support, hypercare, and handover to BAU teams
What we are looking for
* Proven ServiceNow BA experience, with strong exposure to SecOps and ITSM modules
* Ability to produce high-quality artefacts across the full BA lifecycle
* Experience in Agile delivery environments using Jira or Azure DevOps
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
* ServiceNow CIS certifications are highly regarded but not essential
Security clearance
You must already hold an active Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
