* Prepare for next-day appointments.

* Book customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.

* Prepare Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop.

* Invoice customers promptly.

* Address customer concerns effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills, experience with Era Power DMS and Xtime booking system, valid driver's license, passion for the automotive industry and brands.
