Bowen Rail Company is seeking a skilled Maintainer – Mechanical to join our maintenance team, based in Bowen.
Become a part of our maintenance team, who pride themselves on being results-oriented to ensure train services and asset maintenance are delivered consistently safely, and reliably.
Maintainers work closely with key stakeholders to provide safe, efficient, and reliable preventative maintenance, presentation, and repair of Bowen Rail Company Rolling Stock.
The role will be responsible for associated components and equipment in line with safety management systems, ensuring productivity, performance, safety compliance, and a culture aligned with the Bowen Rail Company Values of Accountability, Safety, People, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence – ASPIRE for the Maintenance function.
What you will bring:
SARC Safely Access the Rail Corridor (Nationally Accredited)
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical
Works collaboratively, and communicates effectively, both written and verbal
An ability to work 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.
Hold an unrestricted Open 'C' Class Driver's Licence
