The Role Join the 2026 almond harvest as a Loader Operator, working across almond storage, transport and general site support. This hands-on, physical role is ideal for operators who enjoy outdoor work in hot, dusty conditions. You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team with tasks that shift based on daily site needs. Training is provided, and safety is always the priority. Key Responsibilities This role supports safe, efficient movement of almond product across the site and contributes to smooth daily harvest operations.
